Before You Apply
When is the target opening date?
The current target opening date is September 1, 2026. Construction, permitting and operational conditions may affect the final opening date.
What happens if I commit before August 15?
Approved applicants who complete the required commitment process by August 15, 2026 may be considered for priority location, container color and potential upgrade requests. Benefits are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
Are shorter leases available?
Published monthly rates are based on a one-year lease. Minimum six-month options may be available at terms provided in a written offer.
What is included with a container?
Standard configurations are expected to include basic electrical service and lighting, professional management, common-area maintenance, directory and website listing opportunities, event promotion and customer parking. Final inclusions will be stated in the lease.
Can I request water, HVAC or custom construction?
Yes. Applicants may request upgrades, but approval depends on feasibility, permitting, capacity, cost, placement and written agreement.
Does submitting an application reserve a space?
No. A space is not reserved until the applicant is approved and completes the required lease, deposit and documentation process.
